Tame Valley crushed Bury 4-0 in the Lancashire Women’s League thanks to Amanda Maddox, Linda Kenworthy, Debra Cockburn and Dorothy Quarmby who all won their matches 3-0.
There were no matches in the JJB North West Counties League due to the British National championships in Manchester.
