SPRINGBANK capped a fine second half to the winter bowls season at Chadderton Cot when they landed the Ben Shaw’s Team Knock-Out on the artificial surface.
Playing off 20, Springbank defeated Vixens - to whom they were conceding 40 points - 185-162 in the final.
Earlier, Springbank had defeated Waterloo and Taunton, while Vixens saw off Lower Failsworth by a single point - the same margin of victory they enjoyed in their quarter-final against Radcliffe.
