Top two pulling clear of the pack

DEAF B and Chadderton Reform are starting to pull away from the chasing pack in the Oldham Amateur Snooker League.

A 44 break from M J Smith and breaks of 40 and 31 from D Reece helped Deaf B to a 5-1 victory over Blue Club A.

Chadderton Reform went one better, notching up a 6-0 whitewash away at Blue Club B and there is now an eight-point gap between second and third places.

A 43 break from A Jones gave Nimble Nook the last frame, but North Chad took the spoils 4-2.

Nimble Nook are not releasing their stranglehold on the cards league, another 3-1 victory keeping Oldham Cricket and Passenger Transport at bay.
