TAME Valley’s first team remain fourth from bottom in division two central of the JJB North-West Counties Squash League after a 3-2 defeat by Rochdale’s first team.
Jamie Maddox and Steve Buxton were the winners in a close-fought battle.
The second team had no fixture, but the thirds crashed to a 4-1 defeat against Rochdale’s third team. Richard Green recorded their only success.
There was one win for Tame Valley as the fourth team raced to a 4-1 victory against JJB Wigan thanks to Rod Humphreys, Mark Gartside, Nigel Young and Eric Mowinski.
