SADDLEWORTH Rangers will attempt to shake off the effects of today's Standard Cup final when they travel to Widnes St Marie's for an important National Conference League division one clash.
Coach Keith Brennan will make late checks on the fitness of his squad before finalising the personnel involved in tomorrow's game (2.30pm kick-off).
It is a must-win fixture for Rangers if they are to maintain hopes of claiming one of the three promotion spots available.
Marie's, who crushed visitors Dudley Hill 44-10 last week, currently sit in third place.
Oldham St Anne's are without a game in division one, but could be pushed closer to the relegation precipice.
Should Normanton, Millom and Saddleworth all pull off victories then Saints — with four matches remaining — would only be able to draw level on points with Stanningley, who boast a much superior points difference.
Waterhead have no fixture in division two.
