Tame Valley ended their disappointing season in division two central of the JJB North West Counties Squash League with an excellent 3-2 victory against Wigan seconds.
Jamie Maddox, Herbie Roebuck and Phil Wells were the victors for Valley who will be relegated unless there is a restructuring of the league for next season.
The second-team ended their campaign in division three north east with a 4-1 defeat against Westhoughton firsts, Steve Buxton claiming their solitary win.
But the fourths finished in style in division five north east, thrashing Fairways Lodge fifths 5-0 thanks to Rob Humphries, Fiona Heston, Mark Gartside, Steve Brannan and Eric Mowinski.
