Meanwhile, chief instructor Kevin Lloyd has become the first European to be awarded the prestigious title of Grand Master.
Handed the title of Master six years ago, Kevin has recently returned from Thailand where a panel of Senior Grand Masters awarded him his new rank.
Andrew Lofthouse, one of Siam Camp’s top students, returned from the 6th World Games with a silver medal - an improvement on last year’s bronze. His trip was made possible with the help of funding from The Youth Bank/New Deal for Communities.
