Mossley manager Chris Willcock accepts his team will be underdogs in tonight’s final of the Manchester Premier Cup at Boundary Park which kicks off at 7.45
Opponents Droylsden are two divisions higher in the non-league pyramid, though Willcock believes an upset is possible.
He said: “Droylsden will be favourites and they have had a good season so my players will need to be at their best.
“But if do ourselves justice and put on a good performance, Droylsden will have a tough night.”
The Manchester County FA, mindful of the recession, have halved admission prices for tonight’s game to £3 for adults and £1 for concessions.
OLDHAM Town are also in action tonight at Cheadle Town in the first division of the Vodkat North West Counties League.
