Bruce Cruse’s second successive ton helped Delph to an emphatic 137-run defeat of Meltham in premiership one of the Drakes Huddersfield League.
He struck 15 fours and two sixes in a superb 108, while Bilal Khiljee made 72 as Grant Jones’ side amassed 281 for eight.
Khiljee went on to take five for 56 from 14 overs in Meltham’s reply of 144 all out.
Delph’s second team, including an unbeaten 106 from Tom Wood, compiled 224 for two against Lepton Highlanders, who managed just 116 in reply.
