TONGE and Springbank provide plenty of players in the Central Lancs and Pennines team to take on Greater Manchester in the British Parks Championship on Sunday (2pm).
Steve Copeland, Andrew Cairns and Thomas Dobson are in the home side at Walsden, while in action at the away venue of Flixton Cricket Club are Alan Hodson, Matt Gillies, Colin Lane, Paul Heap and Nicky Brooks.

TONGE suffered a setback to their Manchester Premier League title hopes when they went down 9-6 (174-161) at Warrington side Pierpoints.
Nicky Brooks and Darren Griffiths won 21-10 for Tonge, whose other successful players were Jimmy Derby (21-13) and Stuart Mort (21-15).
Tonge will be aiming to bounce back when they entertain South Manchester RBL next Wednesday (7.30pm).
NORDEN BC have a few places left in their “Your Choice” men’s singles on Sundays August 23 and September 13 (6pm). The finals will be held on September 20 (5pm).
