OLDHAM Greenhill Community Sports Club’s organised a schools competition for netball and tag rugby — and it proved a big success.
Alexandra defeated Roundthorn 20-17 to take the tag rugby spoils, and they went on to make it a double in the netball, from runners-up St George’s.
The pupils put their new skills into practice after a series of coaching sessions at the schools.
