GREENFIELD face an uphill task if they are to lift the Moore Cup.
The second-team knock-out has been badly hit by rain since the final started at Shaw on Sunday.
Shaw posted 172 all out (Paul Sullivan taking two wickets for 23 off seven overs).
In reply, Greenfield have struggled to 48 for four off 22 overs.
The match continues each night whenever the weather relents.
