CHADDERTON venture into unknown territory for their opening match of the season in the first division of the Vodkat North-West Counties League tomorrow.

Their destination is the Silentnight Stadium where they will play league new boys Barnoldswick Town.


OLDHAM Town kick off their campaign in the same division at Atherton Collieries.

Manager Tony Mills is looking forward to seeing how his side fares against a team relegated from the premier division last season.


MOSSLEY, whose UniBond League, first division north campaign does not begun until tomorrow week, play their last pre-season match when they visit Kidsgrove Athletic tomorrow.
