Date published: 03 September 2009
OLDHAM Hulmeians have taken three points from their opening two games in Lancashire Amateur League division two.
They opened their league campaign in encouraging fashion with a 3-1 midweek victory at Chaddertonians Reserves, where Danny Proffitt and Simon Toms got the goals.
However, a much-changed Hulmeians side then plunged to a 6-1 defeat at Old Boltonians Reserves. Scott Coogan scored the consolation.
