WHETHER it be football or cricket, Chloe Ainsworth is clearly a force to be reckoned with.
A rising star in both sports, the 12-year-old pupil of Our Lady’s RC High School, Royton, has scooped honours while playing for two Rochdale clubs.
Chloe is the only female player at Rochdale Cricket Club, but that has not prevented her from making club history by winning the overall player of the year award for her efforts in the under-13 team.
And Chloe is just as effective on the football field.
While representing Rochdale FC at under-13 level, she won the Oldham Girls’ Football League player of the season award.
And her skills attracted the attention of Manchester City Ladies, who have signed her up.
On top of all that, Chloe picked up the sports girl of the year award at Our Ladys, School.
Chloe has a twin sister, Michaela, who also attends Our Lady’s, and a six-year-old brother, Thomas, a pupil at St Joseph’s Primary School, Shaw.
