Tame valley remain unbeaten

SQUASH: Tame Valley’s first team raced to a 5-0 win over DW Wigan 1sts to remain unbeaten after seven matches in the North West Counties Squash League.
Victory was secured by Jamie Maddox, Amir Manachouri, Dave Swallow, Phil Wells and Barry Stringer.
The seconds extended their unbeaten run to six matches with a fine 4-1 win against Hyde Cricket 3rds courtesy of Graham Hall, Wayne Smith, Gary Burton and Steve Buxton.
However, the thirds were thrashed 5-0 by a strong Village Hyde 1sts and the fourths managed only one winner in Steve Brannan as they lost 4-1 to Monton 4ths.
