LEAGUE leaders Tara Leisure kept up their winning streak in the Shaw Snooker League by beating Comrades B 4-2 but only managed to win the aggregate by four points in the final frame.

Second-placed Royton Con maintained their challenge with a fine 5-1 over Comrades A where M. Hobbs saved the whitewash.

Moss Inn also kept the pressure on with a 5-1 win against Crompton Con where D Horton saved the blushes in the fourth frame.
