Blue Club B take over at the top

SNOOKER: 

BLUE Club ‘B’ recorded their second successive whitewash win to storm into sole possession of top spot in the Oldham Amateur Snooker League.

Deaf ‘B’ were also in a whitewashing mood against Blue Club ‘A’, the highlight of their night being a season-high break of 72 from Danny Reece.

Martin Kennedy, with a 48 break, helped Little Cot ‘A’ to a 5-1 victory at home against Nimble Nook.
