Trust looks at ground scheme

AMATEUR RUGBY: RUGBY Oldham is hoping to create a new ground development fund.
After meeting with Oldham RLFC chairman Chris Hamilton, the trust’s latest newsletter details the plan that would see a fund created for use at the proposed new Whitebank Stadium site, “irrespective of who owns the professional club”.
The plan is in its infancy at present, with the situation over ownership of the ground at Limeside not yet having been made clear.
