Bamford in regional final

CRICKET:
BAMFORD Fieldhouse are through to the regional final of the National Knock-out Cup after a nine-wicket defeat of Morecambe, from the Northern League.
Morecambe were bowled out for 101, with Martin Smith claiming four wickets. Dave Roberts and Paddy McKeown were unbeaten on 45 and 39 in reply.
Bamford will now meet Warrington outfit Grappenhall in the final.
UPPERMILL at home to Littleborough, from the CLL, in the last eight of the LCB Cup on Sunday week. The start time has yet to be confirmed.
