CRICKET: DELPH, buoyant after back-to-back wins in the Drakes Huddersfield League premiership, are at home to Elland tomorrow.
The club’s batsmen are in a rich vein of form, with Irfan Zahoor (101) and Bilal Khiljee (107) hitting centuries against Skelmanthorpe and Kirkburton last weekend.
Micklehurst, who welcome basement boys Meltham to Castle Lane tomorrow, are also on a high.
They moved off bottom spot in the Frank Platt Championship with a superb win over title-hopefuls Kexborough in their most recent outing.
WOODHOUSES are on a revenge mission in the Lancashire County League on Sunday
The Medlock Road outfit visit Glossop in the Walkden Cup a week after losing to the leaders.
Fifth-placed Woodhouses warm up for the third-round tie with a home match against Flowery Field tomorrow.
