Golf: JORDAN Flint has become the youngest club championship winner at Crompton and Royton.

The 16-year-old (pictured, above) shot rounds of 72 and 71 to win the prestigious competition by two shots.

James Frizzell (74-71-145) was second, on a card play-off against third-placed Kris Sutcliffe (72-73-145).

The club’s senior open will be played on Thursday, August 19. Times available are 11.54am and 12.03pm, and two late slots in the afternoon.
