Milnrow in cup double

MILNROW completed a notable Lake Garage CLL double at Ladyhouse yesterday.

Having won the Wood Cup the previous weekend, Milnrow beat Rochdale by two wickets in the Burton Cup final for second teams.

Rochdale batted first and made 162, man-of-the-match Lee Storey taking three for 20.

And Milnrow reached their target for the loss of eight wickets despite Michael Harling’s three for 17 and Anthony Clough’s three for 31.
