CRICKET: DELPH eased to a home victory over Broad Oak in the Drakes Huddersfield League premiership.
The visitors were bowled out for 98, with Warren Jones claiming seven for 27.
In reply, the hosts reached their target for the loss of just one wicket. Bruce Cruse (37) and Bilal Khiljee (23) were unbeaten.
MICKLEHURST suffered another defeat in the Frank Platt Championship.
After being dismissed for 104, they saw opponents Meltham reach their goal with eight wickets to spare.
WOODHOUSES lost ground in the Lees Brewery Lancashire County League division one title race after a defeat to Roe Green.
Phil West scored an undefeated 97 in Green’s 155 for eight haul, before Woodhouses were dismissed for 97.
