NON-LEAGUE FOOTBALL: MAGNIFICENT Mossley romped to a 4-0 victory at Glossop North End in the FA Cup first qualifying round.
The Lilywhites strolled to success at Surrey Street with a convincing attacking display.
An own goal from home skipper Danny Yates after 10 minutes put them on their way.
Chris Rowney's curling effort from 20 yards doubled the lead.
The Hillmen saw any hopes of a comeback
disappear after 67 minutes when Mike Oates fired home from close range.
And Mike Fish compounded the hosts' misery with a breakaway goal two minutes from time.
OLDHAM Boro earned a credible 1-1 draw at unbeaten Cheadle Town in the Vodkat North-West Counties League Division One.
Callum O'Sullivan gave Tony Mills' men the lead after a quarter of an hour.
But a deflected strike from Riley drew the hosts level with 25 minutes remaining.
Mills said: "I am happy with the performance and the result.
"After the game their lads said we are the best team they have faced this season."
CHADDERTON went down to a 3-1 defeat away to Atherton Collieries.
The hosts went ahead after 24 minutes
through Atherton and Williams doubled the advantage with 20 minutes remaining.
Adam Karim soon hit back for the visitors, but Atherton completed his brace in injury time.
Chadderton boss Paul Buckley said: "We actually played well, but could not finish our chances.
"Our goalkeeper Lee Swanson made a couple of uncharacteristic errors, which you can't do anything about."
