NON-LEAGUE FOOTBALL: MOSSLEY are looking to bounce back from one cup disappointment by progressing in another competition.
After losing 2-1 to Trafford in the Evo-Stik League Cup, they travel to Dunston UTS in the FA Cup second qualifying round tomorrow (3pm kick-off).
ASHTON United are also vying for a place in the next round. They welcome FC Halifax Town to Hurst Cross (3pm), with the Robins expecting a bumper crowd.
CHADDERTON manager Paul Buckley is facing up to a defensive crisis ahead of tomorrow’s Vodkat North-West League Division One home clash with Irlam.
Buckley, who was already looking for a centre back, has been hit by the likely absence of Ben Greenidge in the same position.
Greenidge injured his ankle during a friendly game.
NICK Murphy returns from suspension for Oldham Boro’s visit to Wigan Robin Park.
However, manager Tony Mills is without Shaun Roscoe, who sits out the final match of his ban.
