RUGBY LEAGUE: SADDLEWORTH Rangers saw off York Acorn 36-32 to move out of the National Conference League Premier Division bottom three.
In Division One, a close encounter saw Oldham St Anne's edge out visitors Ince Rose Bridge 36-34.
Elsewhere, Division Two action saw Waterhead go down to a 24-20 defeat at Eastmoor Dragons.
