WINTER SCENE... with the Manor Park pitch under several inches of snow, Oldham’s game against Whitehaven has been called off.

RUGBY UNION: THE freezing cold weather has already put paid to Oldham RU’s fixture in the North Lancs and Cumbria Division tomorrow.

Guy Lovegreen’s side were due to entertain Whitehaven, but the Manor Park ground is under several inches of snow.

Games involving the club’s second, third and veterans XVs are under threat.
