Away date is target

NON-LEAGUE FOOTBALL: MOSSLEY are trying to replace Saturday’s home game against Prescot Cables with an away match, due to the frosty weather.
The Evo-Stik League Division One North side saw the visit of Witton Albion postponed at the weekend, and are not confident the Seel Park surface will be fit for the visit of Prescot.
The Lilywhites are due to travel to Wakefield tomorrow (7.45pm kick off), but a pitch inspection was set to take place today, with the game in doubt.
In the Vodkat North-West Counties League Division One, Chadderton’s match at home to AFC Blackpool and Oldham Boro’s clash at Daisy Hill were also called off.
