National finals aim
Date published: 15 December 2010
NETBALL: UNBEATEN Oldham under-16s finished top of the Greater Manchester League after blitzing Tyldesley 75-36.
They have qualified for the North-West Regional League with a maximum of 35 points and huge goal difference of 330. They notched six wins out of six and are on course for a place in the National finals.
Oldham were too strong for Tyldesley in every department and, such was their dominance, they were able to give court time to all 12 players.
As the game wore on, Oldham became a little complacent, allowing Tyldesley to score.
