Ranger aim to bridge gap with rivals

RUGBY: SADDLEWORTH Rangers hope to get their season back up and running with a home game against close rivals Bradford Dudley Hill tomorrow (2.30pm kick-off) — provided the weather doesn't scupper them again.
Keith Brennan's side are currently fourth-bottom of the National Conference League Premier Division, a place and two points adrift of Dudley Hill.
Also hoping to beat the weather are Oldham St Anne's in Division One.
Mick Cashin's side didn't lose out last week amid the wintery freeze-out, as they didn't have a scheduled match.
Tomorrow, Saints are down to travel to Normanton Knights (2pm) as they bid to get back up into the top half of the standings.
In Division Two, Waterhead are at home to Egremont (2pm) aiming for a fourth win of the campaign which could in theory move the team up two places in Division Two.
