Lovegreen’s men look to close gap on rivals

RUGBY UNION:
OLDHAM are out to close the gap on Whitehaven in the North Lancs and Cumbria Division tomorrow.
The Cumbrian side visit Guy Lovegreen's side — who are second-bottom of the division — in a crucial test at Manor Park.
With three sides relegated, this really is a 'must-win' for Oldham against a side two places and five points better off in the standings.
With good home form behind them, the key to the game from an Oldham viewpoint is that the forwards get on top in the early stages to leave Whitehaven chasing the game.
Adam Waterhouse and Luke Roscoe are unavailable for the home side, while Jordan McEwan will have a late fitness test.
