Tough test for Oldham

RUGBY UNION:
OLDHAM RU firsts are hoping tomorrow’s visit of title-chasing Aspatria will have a galvanising effect in their bid to beat the drop in the North Lancs and Cumbria Division (3pm kick-off).
Guy Lovegreen’s side, who have slipped to second-bottom after wins by Whitehaven and Furness last weekend, are in desperate need of points.
Time is running out in their relegation battle, but they often raise their game against higher opposition.
Alan Pierre and Ian Sinfield are back in the Oldham squad, but Brian Massey is unavailable.
