Defender is injury doubt

NON-LEAGUE FOOTBALL: CHADDERTON’S John Rogers faces a race against time to be fit for tomorrow’s home game against Wigan Robin Park in the Vodkat North-West Counties League Division One.
The defender is still struggling with a hamstring injury and is a major doubt for Paul Buckley’s side, who occupy third place.
Buckley expects a difficult challenge against the sixth-placed visitors.
He said: “They are a good side and enjoying a decent season. It is very close now at the top end of the table.”
OLDHAM Boro have a chance to gain revenge tomorrow when they host Norton United in the NWCL Division One.
The sides met just last weekend, with United winning 2-1. Wing-back Jerome Bryson is pushing for a recall after his absence in midweek due to work commitments.
MOSSLEY welcome title favourites Chester City to Seel Park tomorrow in the Evo-Stik League Division One North.
The Lilywhites have been told by City to expect at least 500 travelling supporters.
Boss Shaun Higgins hopes to have skipper Graham Kay back from a groin injury.
