RUGBY UNION: OLDHAM RU ‘A’ lost 36-5 at Garstang ‘A’. Stuart Brennan got the visitors’ try.
The thirds beat Aldwinians fourths 21-17 thanks to tries from Will Mellor (two) and Phil Conroy, a Chris Gill drop goal and two Rhys Jones conversions.
