GOLF: KAYE Orme had net rounds of 69 and 72 for a 36-hole total of 141 and victory in the Lady Captain’s Trophy at Saddleworth.
Pam Taylor was runner-up with 71-74-145, while the first-day prize was won by lady vice-Captain Sue Knebel (95-24-71).
EILEEN Moores and Liz Hinchcliffe represented Saddleworth in the regional finals of the Scott Leggat Foursomes at Ashton.
With a score of 31 points, Eileen and Liz were one of seven pairs who have qualified for the county finals at Whitefield GC on July 20.
