CRICKET: HEYSIDE remain on course for a hat-trick of Saddleworth and District Cricket League Twenty20 titles after defeating Glodwick by 76 runs last night.
Despite superb figures of six for 23 from professional Rehan Rafiq, the lads from Little Hey Street mustered 186 all out in the quarter-final clash. Stuart Moore top-scored with 51.
Glodwick were dismissed for 110 in reply, with captain Nick Campbell taking four for 29.
Remaining last-eight ties are — Tomorrow: Uppermill v Shaw. Friday: Saddleworth v Stayley; Greenfield v Friarmere. Matches start 6.30pm.
