Chaddy stick with deputy keeper

NON-LEAGUE FOOTBALL: CHADDERTON, who drew 0-0 with Abbey Hey in their opening Vodkat North-West Counties League Division One fixture of the season, are without ’keeper Lee Swanson for tomorrow’s trip to Cheadle.
Swanson was carried off with concussion after a clash of heads in the game. Nathan Pennington will continue to deputise.
Chadderton manager Paul Buckley said: “Nathan did a great job standing in for Lee and I have no qualms about putting him in net against Cheadle.”
Meanwhile, Lee Deakin (ankle) and Alex Dibley (hamstring), who were forced to sit out the 2-0 defeat by Formby because of injury, are back in contention for the visit to Daisy Hill tomorrow.
Boss Tony Mills said: “Nick Murphy also missed the game due to an administration error with his paperwork, so it will be good to have him back on Wednesday.
“Willam Moore had other commitments, but he should return against Daisy Hill.”
