Venue Guide
Denshaw Vale: Fishing well for tench and rudd, with up in the water tactics working well.
Ogden Reservoir: Fishing well with bream on the tip and roach and skimmer to pole and waggler. Day tickets available on the bank or at Tightlines.
Huddersfield Narrow Canal: Odd carp, Saddleworth area.
Rochdale Canal: Tench to 3lb 13oz from Castleton lengths to pellet.
Chadderton Mill Lodge: Plenty of fish being caught on all methods.
Park Lake: A bit hard, but that’s probably due to the amount of rain. Should improve with the water full of skimmers, roach and chub.
