FOOTBALL: MATTHEW Chadwick scored twice in the last six minutes as Chadderton hit back to beat Atherton Collieries 2-1 in Division One of the Vodkat North-West Counties League last night.
Paul Buckley’s side, who were thumped 8-2 by Cheadle Town in the FA Cup at the weekend, fell behind to a Sam Parkinson goal on the hour mark, but snatched the spoils thanks to Chadwick’s late double.
