Former players haunt Mossley
Date published: 30 August 2011
FOOTBALL: STRIKERS Kristian Dennis and Michael Fish returned to haunt their old club as Mossley were thumped 4-0 by local rivals Curzon Ashton in Evo-Stik League Division One North.
Dennis struck a hat-trick — his goals came in the fifth, 13th and 76th minutes — before Fish rubbed salt into the Lilywhites’ wounds with a goal seven minutes from time.
The result leaves Gareth McClelland’s men rooted to the foot of the table and still searching for their first league win of the season.
