Boro wait on Bryson

NON-LEAGUE FOOTBALL: HIGH-FLYING Oldham Boro are sweating on the fitness of Jerome Bryson ahead of tomorrow’s home clash with Daisy Hill in the FA Vase first qualifying round.
The wing-back has been struggling with a sore knee and sat out the midweek Vodkat North-West Counties League Division One victory at Cheadle Town, which took them to fourth in the table.
Boro boss Tony Mills said: “We are doing well in the league but it is vital that we beat Daisy Hill because we need the money a cup run offers.”
CHADDERTON entertain Alsager Town in the same competition.
BASEMENT boys Mossley welcome fellow strugglers Ossett Albion to Seel Park tomorrow in the Evo-Stik League Division One North.
Gareth McClelland’s side, yet to win a game this term, can climb off the bottom of the table if they beat the side who sit just two places above them.
