RUGBY: ALL three of Oldham’s local clubs hit the road tomorrow in the National Conference League’s interim campaign.
Waterhead, in good spirits after hammering Normanton 60-10 last weekend, go to Eccles, who are a place below them in Group ‘E’.
Chris Sneyd crossed for a hat-trick of tries and kicked 10 goals for a personal haul of 32 points in that game as struggling Knights were put to the sword.
St Anne’s, one place above Waterhead in second, go to basement side Crosfields.
Saddleworth Rangers have experienced more lows than highs in the competition so far, with four defeats out of five games. But the Greenfield outfit will fancy their chances at Rochdale Mayfield, who boast an identical record in Group ‘C’.
