Stubbs gets pro debut

BOXING: TOMMY Stubbs of Chadderton makes his professional boxing debut at Sheffield’s Ponds Forge Arena tomorrow when he faces Anwar Alsadi on the undercard of Gary Sykes’ British super-featherweight title rematch with Gart Buckland.
Three-time ABA champion Stubbs (20) switched to Ricky Hatton’s Hyde stable in July. His opponent will have plenty of support – Kuwaiti orthodox Alsadi comes out of Ben Ingle’s Sheffield gym.
