TONGE are near-certainties to retain their Manchester Premier League title after beating Tottington 11-3 (204-141).

With only next week’s fixture at Warrington outfit Pierpoint remaining, Tonge are 16.5 points clear of nearest rivals St Josephs, who face a tough away trip to Garswood Hall.
