RUGBY:
OLDHAM Rugby Union Club are confident tomorrow’s home match against Trafford MV in North Lancashire Division One will go ahead.
A good part of the clubhouse roof was blown off in yesterday’s high winds, and officials are working hard to ensure the first-team fixture takes place (See news section).
If the game gets the green light, Guy Lovegreen’s side will be looking to avenge the 34-7 defeat in the reverse fixture in September. Nick Hackman returns to the Oldham squad after missing last week’s victory at Burnley because of a head injury.
