NON-LEAGUE FOOTBALL:

MOSSLEY go to Salford City tomorrow in Evo-Stik League Division One North missing England Schoolboys star Tom Ingham.

The versatile wing-back is carrying an ankle knock and is not expected to return to the first team fold until the Boxing Day clash with Cammell Laird.

Boss Gareth McClelland is also sweating on the fitness of key striker Nathan Neequaye, who limped off with a leg injury after 35 minutes in the goalless draw with Clitheroe last time.

Osebi Abadaki is likely to get the nod to partner 6ft 7in target man Tom Denton up front.

Midfielder Rob Flint is also pushing for his first start since returning from a brief spell with Trafford.

Mossley have renamed their sponsors' lounge the Bob Murphy Suite.

Former boss Murphy, now club president, enjoyed a memorable spell at the helm and led the club to an FA Trophy final appearance at Wembley in 1980, eventually losing 2-1 to Dagenham.

EX-ATHERTON LR midfielder Paul Socha has joined Chadderton and is expected to feature in tomorrow's Vodkat North-West Counties League Division One home clash with Northwich Villa.

Ninth-placed Chadderton have games in hand on almost all the teams above them and Paul Buckley's side can climb as high as sixth if they claim three points and other results go their way.

OLDHAM Boro, currently 10th in NWCL Division One, go to Eccleshall tomorrow.

The hosts are level on points with Tony Mills' team, one place below but with a game in hand.
