Saints game off
Date published: 03 February 2012
Tomorrow’s Challenge Cup tie between Oldham St Anne’s and the Bentley Good Companions at Higginshaw Road has been postponed due to a frozen pitch.
The match will now take place on February 11, weather permitting.
Waterhead head to the University of Hull on Sunday, and coach Paul Geener is confident the match will take place. He said: “They’ve told us unless it snows, we should be fine.”
Former Oldham St Anne’s prop Andy Sands will make his Waterhead debut — if his registration is confirmed in time.
