Howard’s England honour

ATHLETICS:
ADAM Howard will be pulling on an England Schools vest next month.
The Oldham and Royton Harrier is in the squad for the Home Internationals Cross-country Championships in Scotland in two weeks.
Howard booked his place by finishing seventh in the Intermediate boys’ race (20 minutes and 15 seconds) at the English Schools’ Cross-Country Championships.
The Waterhead Academy pupil was one of four Harriers taking part in the event in Somerset.
