Coates tonic for Rangers

RUGBY:
SADDLEWORTH Rangers can call upon the know-how of Michael Coates for the first time this season tomorrow.
Emerson Jackman’s side have yet to open their account in the National Conference League Premier Division.
But the return of Coates — the playmaker missed the first three games after he became a dad again — is a much-needed tonic for the visit of Skirlaugh. Ben Wood is also back in the side.
SPIRITS remain high in the Oldham St Anne’s camp despite a run of three straight defeats in NCL Division One.
Bradford Dudley Hill, who boast a 100-per-cent record, are next up for the Higginshaw Lane outfit.
Deakin is definitely missing five players for tomorrow’s trip to West Yorkshire, while fingers are crossed for half-back Jordan White, who is suffering from a calf injury.
On the plus side, Dave Harris and Aussie Chris Worth are available.
WITH three wins out of three, Waterhead are sitting just off the pace in NCL Division Two.
And with mid-table Eastmoor Dragons heading to Peach Road tomorrow, joint coaches Paul Geener and Jon Perks will be hopeful of making it four on the spin.
